My Commitment to You
Hi! My name is Dr. Alexia Holovatyk, and I’m thrilled to meet you. When I founded Live Well Psychology Group, my dream was to create a space where women could heal holistically through deep, meaningful connections with highly skilled therapists and, most importantly, with themselves.
From personal experience, I know how transformative a relationship with the right therapist can be. Many of us have inherited roadmaps for relationships, careers, and our roles as women that we didn’t choose. While we often know what we don’t want, creating what we do want can be challenging. That’s where therapy, aligned with your values, become essential.
My therapy is informed by the latest trauma-informed science of the nervous system, somatics, and attachment theory.
