Our Story

Hey there, I’m Dr. Alexia

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist who believes women heal best when they reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom.

Like many eldest daughters, I built my life by doing everything “right”—degrees, career, stability. Yet somewhere along the way, I realized that checking all the boxes society gives women doesn’t guarantee a sense of wholeness.

That realization became the heartbeat of this practice.

  • Live Well Psychology Group was created for women who are tired of living by the checklist—who want to feel at home in their bodies, connected to their intuition, and grounded in their truth.

We help women heal from anxiety, trauma, chronic health conditions, and unhelpful relationship dynamics by reconnecting to what’s real: their emotions, their nervous systems, and their inner wisdom.

Through evidence-based therapy, somatic work, and community support, we guide women back to themselves—where peace and purpose already live.

Because living well isn’t about perfection.
It’s about remembering who you were before the world told you who to be.

  • At Live Well Psychology Group, we believe that:

    • Healing is not linear—it’s cyclical, embodied, and deeply personal.

    • Emotional wellbeing and physical wellbeing are intertwined.

    • Everyone deserves a space where she can feel seen, supported, and whole.

  • Through therapy, community, and mind-body integration, we help women move from survival mode into a more grounded, connected way of living—one guided by their own internal compass, not the world’s checklist.

Because living well isn’t about checking boxes.
It’s about coming alive—to your truth, your rhythm, your life.
