Yoga Nidra is a guided, restorative practice that supports nervous system regulation and emotional integration. I created Live Well Psychology Group to focus on therapy that integrates the nervous system, somatic awareness, and attachment-based care. Together, we work at the root, not just the surface, so healing can unfold in a way that feels steady, individualized, and lasting.
